We chose Kevin to be our buyers agent because he showed commitment and willingness to go the distance. We live out of state and knew it was going to be a challenge. Plus, we had a VA loan. And as many know, military members and agents, it can seem impossible for a seller to accept a VA loan in today's housing market.
